ICLEI Communication Vol.18 is available 

In the bimonthly “Global Warming” by Nippo Business, ICLEI Japan focuses on local governments, which are important in achieving a sustainable society. It also introduces the trends of local governments that are actively seeking decarbonisation.

Under the title “Why decarbonisation is so important in the region, and why there are high expectations at the municipal level”, in Vol.18, the background and requirements for a “decarbonisation lead region” and similar initiatives are in Europe.
