The Daring Cities Podcast broadcasts the efforts of cities around the world to take advanced climate change measures. In Episode 4, associate Professor Shinichiro Tanaka of Chiba University of Commerce and Togo Uchida, Secretary-General of ICLEI Japan, introduced the efforts to decarbonize local governments in Japan, including Nagano Prefecture, in a dialogue with Julia Scott.
