Call for Signatories to the Asian Circular Cities Declaration (ACCD) – Third Call

We are now accepting applications for the third call for signatories to the Asian Circular Cities Declaration (ACCD)!

At the first Asia-Pacific Circular Cities Forum (APCC Forum), co-hosted by the City of Yokohama and ICLEI Japan on 3–4 September 2026, it was announced that 17 additional cities had signed the Asian Circular Cities Declaration (ACCD), expanding the network from 26 to 43 cities, representing a population of approximately 82 million.

We will also build on the momentum of the APCC Forum to advance ACCD activities, focusing on the “ACCD Action 2026” initiative launched at the APCC Forum. In line with these developments, we are opening the third call for signatories to welcome additional cities to the ACCD.

How to Apply
Please submit the Declaration, signed by the mayor, governor, or other authorized representative of your local government, via the Google Form.

As of September 2026, 43 cities—representing approximately 82 million people—have joined the Declaration.


We warmly invite cities across Asia to join the ACCD and work together to advance the transition towards circular cities throughout the region.
