Call for Signatories to the Asian Circular Cities Declaration (ACCD) – Second Call

In preparation for the Asia-Pacific Circular Cities Forum (APCC Forum), we are now accepting applications for the second round of signatories for the Asian Circular Cities Declaration (ACCD)!!

Since the announcement of the establishment of the Asia Circular Cities Declaration (ACCD) in November 2025, we have held online information sessions and other events to invite major cities across Asia to participate. As a result, we have received endorsements from governors and mayors of 26 cities across Asia (with a combined population of approximately 57 million), including national capitals such as Tokyo, Bangkok, and Jakarta.

With the cooperation of Yokohama City, the ACCD has decided to hold seminars and workshops for ACCD signatory cities during the APCC Forum. In conjunction with this event, we are launching a new call for additional ACCD signatories. Details are provided below.

Furthermore, if representatives such as governors and mayors sign the declaration by 14 August, 2026, we plan to announce them as the second round of signatories during the ACCD meeting and closing session at the APCC Forum on 4 September, 2026.

How to Submit
Please submit the Declaration, signed by the Mayor, Governor, or other authorized representative of your local government, via the Google Form.
