Tokyo Metropolitan Government: Paper on Cap-and-Trade Program published

Published on Building Research & Information’s special issue (Volume 44, Issue 5-6, 2016), the paper, “Alternative building emission-reduction measure: outcomes from the Tokyo Cap-and-Trade Program,” assesses the effectiveness of the Tokyo Cap-and-Trade Program based on extensive data obtained from 1300 facilities covered by the programme and surveys among facility owners from the first compliance phase (excerpt from the abstract).
