Daring Cities 2025 は、イクレイとドイツ・ボン市が共催する一連のイベントで、オンラインのウェビナーシリーズと6月にボン市で対面開催されるボン・ダイアログで構成されています。都市がCOP30に向けた道筋を描く中、「Daring Cities 2025」は気候緊急事態と闘う都市の取り組みを世界的な気候変動交渉と効果的に結びつけるよう努め、「高い野心のマルチレベルパートナーシップ連合（CHAMP）」の実施を含む効果的なマルチレベル・ガバナンスの必要性を強調します。
2020年から毎年開催されているDaring Citiesは今年で6回目を迎えます。今年のテーマは「マルチレベルの行動による、より強力な国家気候計画」です。自治体は、気候緊急事態の影響を感じているだけでなく、気候変動と闘うための解決策を見出す最前線にいます。国家政府は、こうした大胆な自治体(Daring Cities）と積極的に連携することで、パリ協定の下での取り組みを強化することができます。日本を含む70か国以上がすでにCHAMPイニシアチブに署名し、共同行動への第一歩を踏み出しています。
Daring Cities 2025は以下を目的としています：
Daring Cities 2025の枠組みは、「Reflect（反映）」「Exchange（交流）」「Advocate（提唱）」の3つの柱に基づいており、この3つの柱を中心にプログラムを構成しています。
Reflectは、前回のDaring Citiesと今年のDaring Citiesをつなぐ過渡期を意味します。特に、COP29の成果をどのように今年の「Daring Cities」につなげ、スムーズな移行を図るかに焦点を当てた２つのウェビナーを開催する予定です。
📆2025年3月5日：COP29の成果と2025年の「Daring Cities」目標との関連に焦点を当て、「Daring Cities」コミュニティの最新情報を提供するウェビナーです。
📆2025年4月9日：このウェビナーでは、COP30に向けた最新情報をお伝えします。LGMA や COP30 と Daring Cities の関連性や関連性に焦点を当てます。LGMAやCOP30とDaring Citiesの関連性や関連性に焦点を当てます。参加登録リンクは後日公開。
📆2025年6月16日-18日：ボン・ダイアログ
ボン・ダイアログは、毎年恒例のUNFCCCボン気候会議に併せて開催されます。ボン・ダイアログは、都市気候分野の主要な関係者がUNFCCCコミュニティとハイレベルな議論を行うために招集される対面参加型のイベントであり、 CHAMP賛同者との第2回ダイアログやテーマ別ラウンドテーブル会議も含まれます。
2025年のボン・ダイアログは、SB会合（気候変動枠組条約補助機関会合）に出席する主要締約国を巻き込み、COP29で延期され、そのため6月に実施する必要がある重要な議題に建設的に取り組むことができます。参加者が増加することは、マルチレベルの行動が中心となるボン・ダイアログでの豊かな議論を支えることにもなります。
📆2025年8月-10月：バーチャル・フォーラム
バーチャル・セッションとトレーニング・ワークショップは、公募により決定されます。バーチャル・セッションには3つの「トラック（軌跡）」があります：
参加対象者は、国、自治体、地域政府の政策アドバイザー、計画担当者、その他の技術専門家です。プログラムと詳細はdaringcities.orgに掲載され、各ウェビナーやトレーニング・ワークショップにウェブサイトから直接アクセスできます。
ボン・ダイアログとバーチャル・フォーラムの期間中、イクレイはボンの国際機関やその他の関連パートナーとも新たな機会を模索し、テーマ別開発の設計と実施、および「Dating Cities Forum 2026-2030」の財政的貢献への積極的な参加を確保します。
📆2025年10月-11月：ブラジルのベレンで11月10日～21日に開催されるUNFCCC COP30に向け、10月のアーバン・オクトーバーを通じて「Daring Cities 2025」のメッセージングを提唱します。
Associate Partnership is available to non-governmental organizations, universities, state and national government agencies and not-for-profit research institutions. The purpose of Associate Partnership is to facilitate dialogues between local governments and these partners, to provide knowledge transfer in line with ICLEI’s Mission and Charter, and an avenue for which partners can support ICLEI’s work and mandate.
