Accelerating Sustainable Transitions
（持続可能な移行の加速）
持続可能性とゼロカーボン排出またはネットゼロに向けた都市システムの変革を加速します。これらの変換は、システムの変更につながる必要があり、時には混乱を招く可能性があります。これらは、効率的で、生態学的に持続可能で、社会的に公平なモビリティ、アクセシビリティ、および土地利用システムにつながるはずです。
Governance
（ガバナンス）

Just Transitions
（公正な移行）
「公正な移行」は、社会的不平等、利害関係者の参加、コストと利益の公正な分配、包括的/非差別的な政策立案アプローチの問題に対処する必要があります。
Net Zero, Climate or Carbon Neutral
（ネットゼロ、クライメート、またはカーボンニュートラル）
大気中に放出される温室効果ガスの排出量と吸収量がイコールになる。炭素隔離（CCS)、つまり大気から炭素を除去すること、または緑化・植林などでオフセットすること。「クライメート ニュートラル」になるということは、温室効果ガスの排出量を可能な限り削減することを意味しますが、残りの排出量を補償することも意味します。これが、「ネットゼロ」の排出バランスを達成する方法です。
Sustainable Urban Mobility
（持続可能な都市モビリティ）
生態系を支える収容能力の範囲内で、人間の活動と幸福を高める人や物の効率的な移動。この文脈での「効率的」の意味は、安全、確実、公平で、すべての人が利用でき、エネルギー効率が高く、持続可能で、人間の健康と福祉に貢献する輸送および移動システムを指します。
Transition(s)
（移行）
「移行」は、ある状態または状態から別の状態に変化するプロセス。持続可能な開発の文脈では、「持続可能性の低い」状態からより持続可能な状態への社会の大規模かつ長期的な変化を指すために使用されます。都市のモビリティの場合、自動車中心のシステムなどから、より持続可能なモビリティ シティなどへの移行が伴います。このような移行には、現在の政治、制度、経済、社会、および技術システムを形成するさまざまな要素に関する変化が含まれます。
Zero carbon or zero emissions
（ゼロカーボンまたはゼロエミッション）
