Daring Cities 2026：気候行動の「約束」から「実施」へ
第7回目を迎えるDaring Cities 2026は、イクレイとドイツ・ボン市の共催により開催される国際フォーラムです。ブラジル・ベレンで開催された気候変動COP30を経て、各国が新たな気候目標（NDC 3.0）の実施段階へと移行する中、地方自治体による気候行動のさらなる加速が求められています。Daring Cities 2026は、こうした「目標設定」から「実施」への転換を後押しする重要な対話と行動の場となります。
今年のDaring Citiesでは、国・自治体・地域レベルの連携によるNDC 3.0の実施促進をはじめ、2027年に公表予定のIPCC「気候変動と都市」特別報告書がもたらす機会の活用、さらに気候行動の拡大に向けた必要な資金調達、パートナーシップ、ガバナンスの強化など、COP30後の気候政策における重要課題について議論が行われます。
📆2026年6月10日～12日：ボン・ダイアログ
2026年6月8日から18日まで、ドイツ・ボンで国連気候変動枠組条約（UNFCCC）第64回補助機関会合（SB64）が開催されます。同会合では、COP30の成果を踏まえた議論が行われるとともに、11月にトルコ・アンタルヤで開催されるCOP31に向けた準備が進められます。
これに合わせて、Daring Cities 2026の中核イベントである「ボン・ダイアログ（Bonn Dialogues）」が6月10日から12日まで開催されます。国際的な気候政策の議論と地域レベルでの実践を結び付ける場として、地方自治体、各国政府、国際機関などが参加し、マルチレベル気候行動の加速や気候目標の実施に向けた方策について議論します。
SB64が気候政策の「交渉」の場であるのに対し、Daring Citiesは、その成果を地域レベルでの具体的な気候行動へと結び付ける「実施」の場として重要な役割を担っています。
日本からは、横浜市の山中竹春市長が現地で参加し、6月10日のオープニング・プレナリーセッションに登壇します。また、同日に開催されるタウンホールCOPセッション（6月10日 13:30～15:30「Leveraging Town Hall COPs as a mechanism for multilevel climate action」）では、東京都の小池百合子知事がビデオメッセージを寄せる予定です。

Associate Partnership is available to non-governmental organizations, universities, state and national government agencies and not-for-profit research institutions. The purpose of Associate Partnership is to facilitate dialogues between local governments and these partners, to provide knowledge transfer in line with ICLEI’s Mission and Charter, and an avenue for which partners can support ICLEI’s work and mandate.
